— TIFFANY Dahlan
Movement as a way of understanding the body, building strength, awareness and resilience through a more connected approach.
Tiffany was first introduced to Pilates during her classical ballet training, where she developed a strong foundation in alignment, control and movement quality. What began as a complementary practice gradually grew into a deeper interest in how the body moves, adapts and supports us through different stages of life.
She is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, as well as a certified Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis practitioner. Her exposure to manual therapy shaped a broader understanding of the body, moving beyond a purely muscular approach to one that considers how structure, movement and the nervous system work together.
She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Osteopathy, where this perspective continues to deepen. Alongside this, as Co Founder of idō, Tiffany’s work continues to evolve through both her studies and the creation of a space centered around thoughtful, sustainable movement practice.
Her approach brings these ideas into movement in a way that feels practical, supportive and accessible. She works closely with clients to help them build strength, mobility and body awareness that feels connected and sustainable over time, with the understanding that progress is gradual and built through trust, consistency and care.
Tiffany teaches in English and Mandarin.

W H Y we do what we do
We believe that health is multi-dimensional. Our physical, mental, and emotional states interact in complex ways that can cause us pain, stress, and other limitations. idō came about with the intention of creating a nurturing community and support system where everyone that comes through our door feels at home in all states and supported to move beyond their comfort zones. All our trainers have started at idō as clients who wanted to overcome certain issues, then grown in more ways than expected. As a growing community, we wish to impart this sense of hope, possibility, and community to more of you.
H O W we empower YOU
