S O L O

1 to 1 classes. You get your trainer’s full attention for the entire class. Your classes are personalised to suit your needs and to help you achieve your fitness goals. Solo classes are the most suitable for people who have issues (e.g. pre/postnatal, scoliosis, musculoskeletal imbalances), pain, and injuries to work with and for athletes & dancers as a form of cross-training.

 

 

Working out with your loved ones is fun! Enjoy the freedom of scheduling your classes according to your availability. Classes will be personalised for you and your loved ones to progress together.

These small group classes are done on the Gyrotonic Pulley Tower equipment. The equipment will offer you support, feedback, and stimulation so that you can safely explore all possible ranges of motion. Different levels of classes will be offered to cater to complete beginners and seasoned practitioners.

 
 

F U N D A M E N T A L S

This class focuses on the fundamentals of moving safely out of your center. You will learn to use your breath to create movement and find your dynamic trunk stability in all planes and ranges of movements.

F R E E F L O W

This class allows you to flow from one movement sequence to
the next whilst still emphasizing the fundamentals. Some
classes will incorporate music and specific choreographies
whilst others might use breath as a rhythm.

 
 

mat classes

 

These classes are done on the mat with or without props. These classes are friendly on your pockets and allow you to take home a movement repertoire to continue with your practice until your next class. Different types, levels, and intensities of classes will be offered to target different aspects of your mind and body.
Props used for these classes include - stools, blocks, straps, resistance bands, massage tools, balls, etc.

with Denise

Rise & shine with non-stop movement. Denise’s flow class incorporates breath work, active stretching, strengthening, and lengthening muscles, leaving you energised for the day.

with Edna

Energetic flow class with Edna is a blend of various intelligent movement and breathing methods including Gyrokinesis and qigong. This class allows one to cultivate energy and move with stability, strength, and grace.

 
 

with Sam

Sam’s flow class consists of a series of movements that moves your
energy centers and challenge you to find your fullest range of
movement whilst still staying connected to your breath and center.
You will leave feeling lighter, stronger, and energised.

with Edwin

Breath class with Edwin is an exploratory session on the different applications of breath to your daily activities/practices.

with Mumtaz

Set your intentions for the day with mindful breathwork that enhances mind-body connection, stretches
your body, and facilitates easeful movement. Breathwork can be both relaxing and energising,
so you may pace yourself in this class to receive what you need at the moment.

with Denise

Core class with Denise is a quick, moderate-intensity workout, with a mix of dynamic and static movements. Perfect for those who want to avoid the afternoon slump or simply give a boost to their energy. 

with Mumtaz

Core class with Mumtaz teaches you to engage internal core muscles with the breath, stabilising and rebalancing your body. This class is suitable for everyone. Find your core with Mumtaz and
feel stronger from the inside out.

 
 

 
 

M O B I L I T Y

 

with Denise

Mobility class with Denise guides you to strengthen your body in all your range of movements whilst getting a good stretch. This low-intensity exercise class will reduce your tightness or discomfort from being sedentary and strengthen your body to hold you upright better. This class is a great warm-up for all sports, dance, or other physical/wellness activities.

with Shaye

Flexibility coupled with strength gives rise to mobility. Shaye’s mobility class will guide you through a series of movements, dynamic and static stretches to improve your range of movement throughout the body while maintaining control.

 
 

 
 

R E L E A S E

 

with Shaye

Shaye’s myofascial release class focuses on a different body part each week.  This class helps release the tensions in your body through a series of self-massage, with the aid of massage balls and foam rollers. This class is suitable for movement practitioners of all levels and for anyone looking to release the tightness and tension in their bodies.
