terms & conditions

  1. All standard classes run for 55mins.

  2. You will need to bring a pair of clean socks and a clean bath towel (~140cm x 70cm) to cover the equipment bench or mat for all your scheduled appointments. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a pair of socks and a bath towel at the studio.

  3. Full payment of all studio services - solo/duo/group classes, studio fees, courses, workshops, masterclasses, equipment rentals - is required, within 24 hours from booking to secure your appointment. If no payment is received, your appointment slot will be released.

  4. All drop-in class purchases are valid for 7 days upon payment.

  5. All credit packages’ validity begins on the 7th day after payment or the date of your 1st class, whichever earlier. Validity is non-extendable. If you purchase a new package before your current one expires, remaining credits from your expiring package will be carried over to new package's expiration date.

  6. All drop-ins and credit packages must be utilized before the date of expiry. Any balance credits after expiry is non-refundable and non-extendable.

  7. Fees for all our services and purchasing of goods are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable.

  8. All studio services will start and end promptly as scheduled and late arrivals will still be charged the full fees, with no time extensions.

  9. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service for registration. You are required to register prior to joining. 

  10. Kindly cancel or reschedule 36 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged as a full class. Should you need to cancel within 36 hours of your scheduled appointment for health reasons, please provide us with a doctor's letter/MC and we will consider waiving the late cancellation charge.

  11. All new client package and studio promotions are valid for Singapore Residents (Citizen, SPR, Work Pass, LTVP, Dependent Pass & Student Pass) only, unless otherwise stated. You are required to provide proof of your residence in Singapore (provide NRIC or Pass in person, physically, or via Singpass App).

  12. idō Studio Pte Ltd is not liable for any injuries or health conditions sustained during studio services, or from pre-existing injuries or health concerns. Should you have any pre-existing injuries or health concerns, you are highly encouraged to seek the advice of your doctor prior to signing up for class.

  13. idō Studio Pte Ltd is not liable for any injury, illness, or death that may occur as a result of your own misuse, ignorance, negligence, or misinterpretation of the equipment, rules & regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines information laid out by the company.

  14. idō Studio Pte Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage of individual possessions within the studio.

  15. You are liable for any damage caused to the equipment and property of idō Studio Pte Ltd due to your own misuse, ignorance, negligence, or misinterpretation of the equipment, rules & regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines information laid out by the company, in their full replacement cost.

  16. By signing up for our services, you are registering as a client of idō Studio Pte Ltd. You have consented to all studio terms & conditions and agreed to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information for administrative, business operations, and marketing purposes.
